Here at Heaven we value your time and ask the same of our valued clients. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or do charge half (50%) the visit just to respect everyone’s time and commitment. So if, for example, your appointment is scheduled for 4:00pm on Wednesday, you must cancel before 4:00pm on the Tuesday prior to your visit.
No shows will be charged the full price of the session.
We understand that everyone’s busy lives, public transport, kids, work...sometimes get in the way of perfect punctuality. If you arrive late to your session it is possible that due to other bookings we will not be able to do your full session. We try to book in a margin of at least 10 minutes but there are times we have very full agendas. Your therapist will do their best to give you your full session but please understand that if you arrive late this is sometimes not possible. We try to be punctual for your visits. If on the off-chance, your therapist arrives late they will give you the full scheduled time or offer a voucher for extra time for a future appointment. Thanks so much for your understanding! We all try to do our best to honor our commitments and we at Heaven are committed to taking great care of you! We understand that things can happen but if everyone knows the ground rules and tries to keep communication flowing we usually come to an agreeable solution for everyone!
