Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual advances, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To be fair to all our clients and to respect the value of our time, please review our cancellation and no-show policy:
Change or cancellation more than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
Change or cancellation 24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee.
Change or cancellation less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Late Arrivals Policy
We know life can get hectic—public transport, children, work, and other surprises can affect your schedule.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide your full session. However, due to other scheduled bookings, this may not always be possible. We generally allow a 10-minute margin, but please note that during busy times, this flexibility may be limited.
If your therapist arrives late, you will either:
Receive your full scheduled session, or be offered a voucher for extra time during a future appointment.
