The massage can begin with establishing goals for the session (or pack of sessions). Packs will also include a time for journaling and aromatherapeutic blends to take away for home use. Then we commence with the massage, combining with a guided meditation to reconnect with the breath and self.
Deep tissue and myofascial release techniques combined with craniosacral energy work and aromatherapy will aid your journey as you learn to recognize and shed tension, sadness, anger, or other stagnant emotions. Heart, mind, and body are invited to release physical and emotional pain, returning to joy and peace.
Carrie is very warm and caring and has amazing energy - I felt extremely comfortable with her and could tell she is very passionate about her job. After my massage with Carrie, all the tension in my shoulders and neck had gone and I felt so much lighter and happier.
