Received on the massage table in a side-lying position after the first trimester. If we arrange for a home visit we can work on the bed and use lots of pillows to make you comfortable.
At Heaven we are experts at taking care of the mamas--and we love it! We understand the different discomforts and needs that can pop up at this special time in a woman’s life, and we love to spoil you (as you truly deserve!) as you connect with the sweetness of these nine months! Whether you are experiencing low back pain, swollen legs, and feet, or just want a tender voyage to connect with yourself and your baby we will be thrilled to aid and accompany you. We also have special oils, belly balms, and other specially-designed treats to keep you and baby’s skin safely and comfortably nourished throughout this time.
Once baby is in your arms we will be happy to help melt muscles strained from carrying and feeding your bundle of joy. Those babies are welcome in the studio, too! Many times babies will, at some point in the session, join mom on the table for a milk break. We can schedule a bit of extra time so that both mom and baby get what they need (*see our pack you can use before and after birth). You two (or more!) are our priority!

We have a special offer for the weeks after your baby arrives as it is such an important time for new moms to receive and refresh so they can give to baby from a place of abundance.
****Special ‘Invitation to Birth’ sessions can be created to invite babies who are taking a long time to make an appearance. For these sessions, we can also arrange a collaboration with a wonderful acupuncturist in the same studio. Carrie is the real deal. She was recommended to me by other mammas for prenatal massage and I wish I knew about her even sooner. I’m so happy I found Carrie! SHE is Amazing! I am a new mum and I visit her with my baby on a regular base because of my back pain. She is loving and caring with my son and manages to keep him calm and entertained at the same time massaging me.
